Yes, you can change your size, shipping details, or cancel your order as long as it has not been processed or dispatched yet. Please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID for any changes.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking ID. You can use this ID to track your shipment directly through the courier partner’s website.

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other standard UK payment gateways available at checkout.

Currently, Ninth Needle ships exclusively within the United Kingdom (UK). We do not offer international shipping at this moment.

Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–3 working days. Next-day delivery options may be available at checkout if you order before our daily cut-off time.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery method (Standard or Express). We also offer free shipping on orders above a specific amount, which will be displayed at the top of the website.

We accept UK returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Due to the limited nature of our drops, size exchanges depend entirely on stock availability.

We take quality seriously, but if you receive a faulty or wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product and your order number. We will sort it out for you immediately.

Yes, once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few working days for the bank to process the amount.

Most of our graphic tees and collections feature a streetwear-approved relaxed/oversized fit with drop shoulders. We highly recommend checking the specific Size Chart on the product page before ordering.

To keep the premium heavy-weight fabric and prints in perfect condition, we recommend washing inside-out in cold water and hanging to dry. Do not iron directly on the graphic prints.
