4. Shipping & Delivery

Ninth Needle currently ships within the United Kingdom and selected European countries.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • UK Standard Delivery: Free (2–3 business days).
  •  UK Express Delivery: £4.99 (1–2 business days).
  •  European Standard Delivery: £12.99 (5–10 business days).
  •  Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or peak holiday periods.
  •  Risk of loss and title for purchased items passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Our return and exchange window is open for 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact. We reserve the right to deny a return if the product shows signs of wear.

  • Due to the highly limited nature of our streetwear drops, we cannot guarantee size availability for exchanges. In such cases, a full refund to the original payment method will be processed once the return is inspected and approved.
